Question: 'Memory is full' message is on the printout or displayed at the reader; how to reset the pointer?
 
Answer: If the customer has a PC, poll the site; if not, sign on and do a 'PT' to print the transactions. Then, do a 'PD' which will print the date, time, and last transaction number. Do an 'RP' command. At 'enter number', enter the sum of the last transaction number plus 1.
