Question: Pump says "busy" or "disabled" when doing a PRint PUmp command.

Answer:
  • Verify that there are no transactions in progress with P TIP.
  • If you need to remove transactions, use REset TRansaction;I, then enable the pump.
  • If "busy," type ENable PUmp;A at the prompt.
  • If "disabled" ENable PUmp. This is always the first thing to try.
  • If this persists, then the PCU may be disabled.
  • Check diagnostics [PRint DIagnostics 2] to make sure all pump control units are enabled and do not show unassigned transactions. If so: REset DIagnostics;i, ENable PCU;ic, PCU #.
