Question: Buypass has set customer up for download, or told customer that we have to give them a download. How to execute (without running card)?
 
Answer:
  1. Sign on to the site controller.
  2. At the command prompt, type BUYSTL P
  3. Bank modem should dial out for download. The customer may or may not be able to hear the modem dialing.
  4. To verify after a minute or so, type PR MON -10 or look at the log printer.
Should read either "Download Successful" or "Download Unsuccessful."
