Question: "I need to reverse a credit card sale."
 
Answer: Credit card return on a Profit Point:
  1. Press NEW MDSE key
  2. SPEC FUNCTION 7 and ENTER
  3. Press a NON TAXABLE MERCHANDISE Key
  4. Enter amount of sale
  5. Press CREDIT
  6. Enter Account Number
  7. Enter expiration Date
  8. Once sale is complete - receipt should say "Return Sale" on it

Credit Card return on a Checkpoint:

  1. Press MDSE Key
  2. SPEC FUNC and 7
  3. Hit A Product Button, NON TAXABLE MERCHANDISE Key
  4. Enter Price Before Tax
  5. ENTER
  6. Press CREDIT
  7. Swipe Card Or Hand Enter
