If the part is defective: ASR must complete a warranty service
report (wsr) and include the white copy in the box with the
defective part and send to Gasboy. If the current revision of the wsr is needed, call office services
at (215)361-5232. The system serial number must be included so
the warranty can be verified. If the part was defective out of the spare parts kit or
off the shelf, that should be indicated on the wsr.
If the part is not defective (the order was incorrect or they received the wrong part): Call customer service for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) at 1-800-444-5579. |
