| Question: | How to upgrade Site Controller II to the most recent version? |

We have upgrade sheets that need to be sent to the customer
to fill out. The customer needs to perform a STATUS command
and fax it to us at 215-361-5263. Some instances may require
purchase of additional hardware, so we need to know the result
of this entire command to determine what they need.
We also need their agreement number and serial number.
Software upgrades are free if the customer has a current service contract. If they do not have a contract, they can purchase one and receive an up grade at ½ price. After one year, there is no charge. To purchase a contract, contact Diane Troegler. |
