Check that connection between printer and PC is secure.
Make sure the CMOS setting is set to standard, not bi-directional (enhanced). (We don't support CMOS, need to get a PC technician to do this) Also make sure PC port does not have too much voltage (75 volts). If so, this will blow a key. Have a PC technician check the port for voltages. Send key in to Tech Support (Fed Ex to fleet group) to have it tested |
