I option starts site initially, or after a crash.
A option restarts a site after a console emergency stop.
Use the command RUN to restart the site if it was shut down with the command STOP or STOP;A. The RUN command will also restart the site from mild crashes, when no tables have been reconstructed.

How to restart from a console emergency stop
If the site was shut down by pressing the console's or key, the site can be restarted by simply pressing the or key again. Use the command RUN;A to restart the site if it was shut down by a console emergency stop and if the site will not restart from the console.

How to restart a site from a serious crash
Use the command RUN;I to restart the site after a crash. A crash can be caused by a system error, file error, or some other problem. RUN;I will restart the site even after a serious crash. The plain RUN command will restart the site after mild crashes.
CAUTION: Do not use the command RUN;I to restart the site after a crash without first consulting with your service representative. If the problem that caused the crash is not fixed before the Site Controller is restarted, damage could result.
